Everyone tells you to “automate something.”

We find the one
actually worth automating.

Most businesses have forty things they could automate and about three that would change the week. The call finds those three. Then we build the first one, inside the tools you already use, and you decide about the other two after you’ve watched it run. Both the call and the first build are on us.

Book the mapping call 45 minutes. You keep the map either way.

What the call is.

“Is this just
a sales call?”

It’s a working session. We go through your week as it actually runs: where enquiries come from, how a job or a client moves through the business, what gets typed twice, what waits for someone to remember. We tell you which of it a system should be doing and which of it honestly shouldn’t.

You leave with that written down. If you never speak to us again, it was still worth the 45 minutes.

What it covers.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Turn up knowing what annoyed you this week. If you want to bring a list of tools you use, that helps, but we’ll get there either way.

What if nothing is worth automating?

Then we’ll say so. It happens. Plenty of things are better left to a person and we’d rather tell you than build something you don’t need.

How do you pick which one to build first?

The one that removes the most hours or the most dropped balls for the least build. Usually it’s something dull: chasing, filing, replying, re-typing.

What happens to the other two?

They wait. Once the first system has been running for a while, you’ll know whether you want the next one. Most people do.

Then.

Three steps
after the map.

  1. 01

We pick the first one together

The ugliest, most repetitive job on the map. Scoped on the call, agreed before we leave it.

  2. 02

    We build it to fit

Inside the tools you already open, shaped around how you already work. Nothing to rip out. Most systems are live in 7 to 14 days.

  3. 03

    You watch it run

We monitor it, tune it and keep it going. If it earns its keep, you decide about the next one. If it doesn’t, you keep it and we shake hands.
